Use the Forgot Password link on the sign-in page. We email a one-time reset link. If you no longer have access to the email on file, contact support.

Most details (display name, contact preferences) can be updated at Account → Settings. Name and date-of-birth changes require support assistance because they are tied to your KYC record.

2FA adds a one-time code from an authenticator app on top of your password. It is strongly recommended for all accounts and is REQUIRED for staff who reach the trading panel. Enable it at Account → Security → Two-Factor.

Use a recovery code if you saved one at enrollment. Otherwise contact support; we will verify your identity and reset 2FA.

Yes. The platform monitors for suspicious access patterns (new device, geo mismatch, repeated failures) and may step up to additional verification or temporarily lock the account.

You must be physically present in an eligible jurisdiction at the moment you place a bet.

The most common reasons are: you are outside an eligible jurisdiction, your KYC has expired or needs re-verification, your account is in a Responsible Gaming timeout or self-exclusion, or you have hit a daily or per-bet limit.

Account → Responsible Gaming. You can set deposit limits, take a 1–90 day timeout, or self-exclude. Limit DECREASES take effect immediately; limit INCREASES require a 72-hour cooling-off window.

Self-exclusion locks your account for a period of 6 months up to permanent. Self-exclusion CANNOT be reversed early. See the Responsible Gaming page for more.
