Deposits are processed via Stripe. Go to Wallet → Deposit, enter an amount, and complete the card payment. Your wallet is credited as soon as Stripe reports the payment as succeeded.

Almost always. A deposit is credited to your wallet the instant Stripe reports the charge as succeeded. The Deposit Confirmation page shows the final status.

It is the Stripe-side payment status that means the funds have been authorized and captured. Once a deposit reaches succeeded, the corresponding ledger entry is posted to your wallet.

The most common reasons are: insufficient funds, the card issuer blocking gaming merchants, address mismatch (AVS), or a daily deposit limit on your account. Try a different card or contact your issuer.

Go to Wallet → Withdraw and follow the prompts. Your KYC must be verified before a withdrawal can be initiated.

Verified identity is a regulatory requirement and an anti-fraud control. You can fund and place wagers before verifying, but you cannot move money OFF the platform until KYC is complete. Complete verification at Account → ID Verification.

Limits depend on your account tier (New / Recreational / VIP Silver–Platinum / Sharp). The per-tier daily and maximum-single caps are listed in Betting Rules & Limits. You can additionally set lower personal limits in Responsible Gaming controls.

Yes. Account → Responsible Gaming lets you set daily / weekly / monthly deposit caps. Limit DECREASES take effect immediately; limit INCREASES require a 72-hour cooling-off period.

Yes. Your wallet balance is real money held under the ONYX licensee, denominated in USD. All wallet movements are recorded on the immutable ledger and reconciled on a continuous basis.
